How do I get the network settings and use them to connect to a network that requires a wep key?

On the router I can’t find the wep key for a odd reason and another method is to save the network settings on a flash drive and connect that way. How do I recieve the network settings? Im using a computer already connected to the network so how do I recieve the settings?
