THIS is a hard one to do ur self…if ur hair is sliced..which means they did everyother row in sections..u know foil not foil, foil ..sooo on!!!
then u must follow this pattern with foil and bleach only the roots!!!! if u have random highlights even a pro will grab unhighlightend hair by accident..this is y we gradually go more blonde!!!

I think 20s perfect for toners..ud usually use a ten when ur satisfied with the level and the 10 will depost and tone ..the 20 will lighten some more and tone..

I think You can absolutely lighten hair with 10 volume. I use 10 volume to do my highlights. But its a very slow light lift.

I think well what are u using it will inform u in the direction
the mix should be creamy
the wayy to really determine is swirling the brush and if the mix is running off the brush u need more bleach REMEMBER TO ALWAYS READ UR DIRECTIONS!!!

do you mix the same amount of bleach as developer and then mix?

the cap method is for random highlighters..touching this up is not soo easy..
its basically a cap with lil holes and u randomly pull the hair thru the holes great for shorth hair..but if u want a full blonde effect do foils but then after apllying the foil u must go back and reopen and apply to the roots…if u do this in sections it will be easier this way the bleach will lift all the same!
