I recently purchased a computer from dell with windows vista installed. Well it completely sucks and I hate it. I bought a windows XP disk, so what do I have to do to install it? Or can I?

What do most channels like, MTV, Discovery, History and so on, use to edit and add those crazy graphics and beautiful color? It looks almost like a movie, even though it’s just documentary. They even take home videos sometimes with a normal crappy camera and make it look so good. The sky is always so much more blue, then my digital hi8 camera. I know there is software like AVID and Final Cut Pro, and even Adobe Premiere, but what do those editors use?Submited by:gabrielkrud

I tried to load my s3100 fuji camera pictures into my new laptop,which has vista operating sys. It says I need xp to make it work. I’ve already loaded the software but it says xp needed. The software that came with my s3100 canera works fine on my desktop but not on the new laptop with vista. Thanks in advance for your help.Submited by:nashua32000

I have Ubuntu. Also, when a computer is hibernated, it is completely powered off. Hibernation just saves memory data to the disk for later reload.
